Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Identify apartments nearing possession, OC-ready projects, villa projects, and gated communities and generate qualified leads for complete home interior solutions.
Build a consistent pipeline of new-home interior prospects
2. Channel Partner Management
Build and manage strong local partnerships with:
Real estate brokers
Builder sales teams
Channel partners
Architects and civil contractors
Create referral tie-ups to ensure a steady and repeat lead flow
Maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration
3. Project & Society Tie-ups
Apartment associations, Builder sales offices and Villa communities
Support possession-time activities, walkthroughs, and sample flat visits
Coordinate with stakeholders during project handovers to maximize lead generation
4. On-Ground Execution
Conduct daily field visits in the assigned zone
Attend site meetings and follow up with partners
Execute local activations and engagement initiatives
5. Lead Qualification & Reporting
Pre-qualify leads based on:
New home possession status
Complete interior requirement
Budget readiness
Accurately update CRM with lead details and progress
Share weekly lead generation and performance reports
