Role Summary:

The Business Finance will act as a strategic partner to business teams, enabling
data-driven decisions through actionable financial insights. This role is
responsible for end-to-end financial planning, analysis, commercial strategy
support, and driving profitability across product lines and geographies.

Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Decision Support

* Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to drive financial discipline
and commercial success.

* Lead pricing strategy, customer-level profitability analysis, and new
product/service financial modelling.

* Evaluate business cases for expansion, partnerships, and large deals.

* Participate in key strategic discussions, offering financial insights and
risk assessment.

FP&A & Budgeting

* Lead annual operating plan and rolling forecasts with functional heads,
aligning financial goals to business objectives.

* Track performance against budget, prepare variance analyses, and highlight
risks and opportunities to leadership.

* Own monthly and quarterly management reporting with key financial and
operational KPIs.

Revenue & Cost Optimisation

* Monitor and improve gross margins, unit economics, and CAC/LTV across.

* Drive initiatives to optimize costs, improve working capital, and support
EBITDA goals.

* Identify areas for automation and process improvement within revenue and cost
tracking.

Requirements
* Experience: 10+ years in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles,
preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech-enabled businesses.
* Qualification: CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
* Personal Traits: Business-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable
working in a fast-paced and impact-driven setup.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficient in dashboards, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for FP&A.
* Exposure to pricing, sales incentives, and margin analysis in a recurring
revenue environment is a plus.

A tertiary care hospital study published in JMIR, validated Dozee’s Early
Warning System (EWS), showing it identified 97% of deteriorating patients,
provided alerts ~19 hours in advance, and generated 5x fewer alerts, reducing
alarm fatigue and improving patient outcomes.

A study at King George Medical University, Lucknow, and published in Frontiers
in Medical Technology demonstrated that Dozee’s automation can potentially save

A study on remote patient monitoring in general wards published in Cureus found
