About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Finance professional to partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams across Processing Centers (PCs), Hubs, and associated functions. The role will act as a finance business partner responsible for driving cost efficiency, improving financial visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making across manpower, operations, and supply chain metrics. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with operations-heavy businesses involving manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or FMCG environments.

Partner closely with Supply Chain, Processing Center, Hub, and Operations leadership teams to drive business performance.
Act as a finance advisor on operational initiatives, cost optimization programs, and business decisions.
Build financial visibility and support data-backed decision making across operational functions.
Monitor and analyze end-to-end supply chain costs including procurement, manufacturing/processing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution expenses.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement.
Track operational KPIs and establish financial linkage with business outcomes.
Track and monitor Processing Center and Hub P&L performance.
Analyze cost drivers and variances across operations.
Drive periodic reviews with stakeholders to improve efficiency and control costs.
Partner with operations teams on manpower planning across PCs and Hubs.
Monitor manpower utilization, productivity metrics, staffing costs, and efficiency measures.
Support workforce optimization initiatives through analytical insights.

We hope that are a…

CA with 3- 5 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Operations Finance / Supply Chain Finance.
Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, D2C, food-tech, logistics, or operations-led businesses preferred.
Exposure to supply chain functions, manufacturing operations, warehouses, Processing Centers, or distribution hubs preferred.
Experience in manpower planning, productivity tracking, or workforce cost management would be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
