Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Head to lead our business unit and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing sales, managing budgets, and driving business growth through effective marketing and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Manage budgets, analyse financial data, and oversee P&L to ensure profitability
Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and manage product marketing activities
Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity
Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Design and track field budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management

Requirements

MBA or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
