Business Intelligence Engineer II

Summary:
Responsible for turning raw data into critical information used for sound business decisions

Responsibilities:
Build out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metrics
Be the voice of your customers; communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the data
Turn over rocks to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomes
Acquire various data sources to enable holistic analysis at a global level
Build various data visualizations to tell the story and let the data speak for itself
Mentor junior engineers to drive them to think big and deliver results

Requirements:
4+ years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics role
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI,

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3 and Redshift
Strong interpersonal skills
