Business Systems Analyst, Extended Workforce Solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire
life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
* 5 years of experience in full-cycle vendor management systems implementations
and support.
* 5 years of experience designing and implementing finance systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Certified SAP Fieldglass.
* 5 years of experience in full cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations and
support projects.
* Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including
requirements gathering, blueprinting, authoring functional specifications,
system configuration, testing etc.
* Deep understanding of extended workforce domain and its integration with
procurement and finance processes.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL).

consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help drive projects to improve finance
processes that the company manages through the business applications it builds
and uses. You are an experienced, generalist, IT business analyst. You will have
the ability and interest to work on a range of different types of projects and
business processes, and have a background that demonstrates this ability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve
internal finance business processes such as extended workforce solutions.
* Provide expert level of business process guidance on extended workforce
management, requirements documentation, solution design, systems
configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and
resolution.
* Partner with business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining
business processes and associated system requirements, identify new areas of
investment.
* Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the process are aligned across
SAP modules including SAP Fiedlgalss and other supporting applications.
* Lead the demand management process to assist the business in establishing
business cases relating to new systems or existing system changes.
