🔥 What You’ll Do:
• Own and drive end-to-end P&L with a focus on growth & profitability
• Lead and scale a diverse, high-performing team
• Build and execute global GTM strategies 🌐
• Drive innovation in the product roadmap for GenAI, Agentic AI & data-driven platforms
for delivering sales intelligence and outreach sequencing for delivering automated sales and marketing outcomes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Tech & Leadership teams
• Establish scalable processes and delivery excellence ⚙️

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 16–20 years of experience in scaling B2B Tech - enabled products/services businesses
• Strong business acumen & financial management (EBITDA focus)
• Knowledge of GenAI applications, automation (RPA), and advanced analytics is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth setups, balancing entrepreneurial agility with structured scale.
• Experience in AI, Analytics, Automation (RPA/GenAI preferred)
• Candidates with a combination of startup and corporate experience will be strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership & stakeholder management (CXO exposure)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high agility
