Business Valuations-Lead Analyst/Manager

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-
Senior Business Analyst “SBA” will join the Enterprise Valuation team at Evalueserve, supporting onshore team in several critical research areas such as follows:
Company/M&A screening and brief company profiles
DCF calculation (historical and projections) by analysis of historical data and forecasting for future years
Arrive at Enterprise value of a company through DCF as well as relative valuation methods
Report writing including the DCF analysis and peers and targets comparison analysis
Responsibilities includes working independently on complex projects, and delivering error free projects
Resolving team members project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables
Creating and maintaining databases
Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members.
