Job Description: Campaign Executive
(CRM & Multi-Channel)
FTE Onsite
Role Overview We are looking for an immediate joiner with 1–2 years of experience to
manage the execution of multi-channel customer engagement campaigns. This is a hands-on
execution role focused on CRM management, WhatsApp campaign deployment, and
performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. WhatsApp & Multi-Channel Execution
• Execute pre-defined marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and Push
Notifications.
• Handle end-to-end deployment: segment targeting, content uploading, and scheduling.
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and correct sequencing.
2. Journey Creation & CRM Execution
• Create and set up automated workflows and drip campaigns under guided direction.
• Execute lifecycle journeys (such as Onboarding, Retention, and Reactivation)
following clear instructions.
• Manage audience segmentation and maintain database hygiene within the CRM.
3. Reporting & Performance
• Track and report on key metrics: delivery rates, open rates, and click-through rates
(CTR).
• Provide regular performance updates specifically for WhatsApp campaigns.
• Pull data to highlight basic trends and help improve campaign reach.
Requirements
• Availability: Immediate joiners only.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and WhatsApp Business API
platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to pull data and create clear, simple reports on
performance.
• Communication: Decent verbal and written communication for internal coordination.
• Execution Focus: High accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free
deployment
