Key profile requirements:
Prior experience in selling Online UG/PG degree programs preferred
Comfortable with high-volume calling (200+ dials/day)
Strong communication and counselling skills
Strong listening and consultative selling skills — ability to understand student needs and recommend the right program
Ability to handle objections and close in a consultative selling environment
Basic computer proficiency — CRM usage, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound leads for Online UG and PG degree programs via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Counsel students and working professionals on program selection, including the Online MBA, BBA, B.Com and other UGC-approved online degrees
Achieve daily calling targets: minimum 200 dials/day with 2 hours talk time
Achieve monthly enrolment and collection targets as set by the Team Lead
Accurately maintain lead status, call disposition, follow-up dates, and remarks in CRM accurately after every interaction
Send WhatsApp follow-up messages for not-connected and interested leads as per the defined nurturing process
Coordinate with the Team Lead for lead allocation, escalations, and admission processing
Stay updated on all university programs, fee structures, eligibility, and USPs to confidently handle student queries
Ensure all enrolments are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the operations team
Participate in daily team huddles, weekly performance reviews, and product training sessions
Good to Have
Familiarity with universities like Amity, Manipal, DY Patil, NMIMS, or Alliance for their online programs
Experience using calling tools such as Exotel, Tata Tele, or similar dialers
Understanding of online admission processes and education loan/EMI options
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
