What You’ll Own

1. CEO Office & Strategic Execution
Convert CEO priorities into clear execution roadmaps with owners and timelines
Drive weekly leadership reviews, MBRs, QBRs
Track company-level OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
Ensure closure and accountability across leadership team
Act as a thought partner to CEO on key business decisions
2. Revenue & GTM Excellence
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
Track and improve pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and sales velocity
Identify revenue leakages and inefficiencies
Support GTM experiments (pricing, segmentation, partnerships)
Step into critical deals or escalations when needed
3. Cross-functional Execution & Special Projects
Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives (market entry, product launches, org restructuring)
Break silos and drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Ops
Own execution for 0→1 and 1→10 initiatives
4. Business Analytics & Decision Support
Build CEO dashboards across SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn)
Translate data into insights and action
Apply first-principles thinking
5. Operating Cadence & Org Efficiency
Run weekly exec reviews, MBRs, and quarterly planning
Improve execution discipline and decision velocity
Identify and remove bottlenecks
6. CEO Leverage & Firefighting
Act as an extension of the CEO
Own high-priority, ambiguous problems
Step into and fix critical issues
