Key Expectations
Handle end-to-end operations across all departments.
Build systems, SOPs, reporting structures, escalation matrices, and accountability frameworks.
Have practical understanding of AI tools, automation systems, and operational technology.
Implement AI-driven systems for HR, CRM, reporting, sales monitoring, and productivity enhancement.
Must have the guts to say “No” to Management whenever required with proper logic and operational reasoning.
Work through written systems instead of dependency on verbal discussions.
Strong command over emails, trackers, MOMs, SOPs, reporting systems, and escalation matrices is mandatory.
Identify non-performing, political, irresponsible, or inefficient employees.
Lay off wrong people wherever necessary and build a stronger execution-oriented culture.
Hire competent, disciplined, and performance-driven professionals.
Upgrade organizational talent quality within 3 to 6 months.
Create accountability structures, KRAs, KPIs, and measurable performance benchmarks for every employee.
Ensure strict discipline, ownership, transparency, execution, and accountability across the organization.
Desired Candidate
10–20 years of leadership and operational experience.
Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Construction, or High-Pressure Startup Environments preferred.
Strong command over operations, execution, crisis management, and organizational restructuring.
Ability to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
Army/Navy/Air Force background or highly disciplined corporate background will be an added advantage.
