Job Objective: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Resource Consultant (CRC) to join our team at Orchid Pharma. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between the organization and healthcare professionals, playing a key role in both the effective utilization of our pharmaceutical solutions and in providing consultative support to address clinical challenges. As a CRC, your focus will be on educating and empowering our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of support to optimize patient outcomes and fully realize the value of our products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify target accounts & priorities within the region, to help sales team gain access to key decision makers, to build sales team’s capability
Regular coordination with Medical Head, RM, KAM, and Sales Team
Participation in internal training and reporting activities
Monthly reporting to Medical head
Collaborate with KOL’s, External stakeholders, Bodies & Associations, CXO’s of organizations and develop network and rapport within their regions to support the company cause and services.
Conduct in-service training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance end-user knowledge and proficiency for both internal and external customers.
Engagement with clinicians, microbiologists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
Representation during scientific discussions and AMSP rollout.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field (Preferably MBBS Doctors)
Clinical Experience in healthcare settings, such as a hospital or healthcare facility
Skills:
Strong clinical and scientific understanding (especially in antimicrobials)
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to interpret microbiology data and reports
Self-motivated with strong time and project management
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platform
Willingness to travel and work with healthcare institutions at all levels
