Configuration Enablement Analyst Role summary: Bring precision and care to the enrollment process as a Confirmation and Enrollment Analyst, helping ensure provider and practice information is accurately confirmed and enrolled across payer and healthcare workflows. This position will report to the Operations Manager. Team summary: This team supports operational workflows that help practices move through confirmation and enrollment activities efficiently and accurately. The work focuses on maintaining high-quality data, following established procedures, coordinating with internal partners, and resolving issues that may delay enrollment or impact downstream revenue cycle processes. Team members contribute to a dependable, service-oriented environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential. Essential Job Responsibilities: Review and process confirmation and enrollment requests in accordance with established workflows and service-level expectations. Validate provider, practice, and payer information to support accurate enrollment outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve missing information, follow up on pending items, and move work forward. Identify and research enrollment-related discrepancies, then document findings and next steps clearly. Maintain accurate records, updates, and case notes in the appropriate systems.Monitor work queues and prioritize tasks to support timely completion of high-volume operational work. Apply knowledge of RCM and US healthcare processes to support enrollment activity and downstream revenue cycle needs. Escalate risks, delays, or unusual issues to the appropriate partner or leader when additional support is needed. Use approved AI tools to help organize routine work, summarize information, and learn more efficient ways to complete recurring tasks while still applying human judgment to final decisions. Additional Job Responsibilities: Assist with process improvement efforts by sharing observations about recurring issues or workflow gaps. Support audit preparation by ensuring records and case documentation are complete and accessible. Participate in team huddles, training sessions, or knowledge-sharing activities as needed. Help support process transitions or special projects related to enrollment operations. Contribute to updates of standard operating procedures or work instructions when requested. Perform other duties aligned with the scope of enrollment operations and business needs. Expected Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, enrollment, revenue cycle management, healthcare administration, or a related field. Experience working in RCM and/or US healthcare environments. Familiarity with confirmation, enrollment, payer, or provider support workflows. Strong attention to accuracy when handling records, documentation, and process steps. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a structured environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal partners and external contacts. Proficiency with common business applications, case management tools, or workflow systems.
