Conga CLM QA / Test Lead
Contract: 8 Months
Location: Remote – India
(Office Locations: Amsterdam / Bangalore)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Conga CLM QA / Test Lead to own end‑to‑end Quality Assurance for our Conga CLM platform. This role ensures high‑quality delivery across Agile sprint releases, system upgrades, integrations, and strategic roadmap initiatives. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders across global locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver all QA and testing activities for Conga CLM across the full SDLC
Own test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release sign‑off
Ensure consistent QA standards across sprints, large projects, and platform upgrades
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, stand‑ups, demos)
Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing
Manage defects in Jira and work closely with development teams on resolution
Create and maintain test assets (test plans, scripts, execution reports)
Support large initiatives such as new business onboarding and major integrations
Identify and support test automation opportunities, especially for regression
Provide regular QA status, coverage, and defect reports
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in CLM testing, with strong hands‑on expertise in:
Conga CLM (Apttus)
Conga Advanced Approvals
Salesforce (Classic & Lightning)
MuleSoft, DocuSign, API testing, AEM
Strong understanding of contracting processes and workflows
Advanced test case design and test management skills
Proficient with Jira and QA tools
Ability to work independently and lead QA efforts
KPIs / Success Measures
≥95% test execution within sprint timelines
<5 post‑release defects per sprint
90% of defects resolved within 2 business days
100% participation in Agile ceremonies
Fully maintained and up‑to‑date QA assets
