Job Description Position: Construction Monitoring & Evaluation Expert Job Location: Arunachal Pradesh, India Role Objective To oversee and evaluate construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, project timelines, quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate construction progress against approved schedules and milestones. Review contractor performance, methodologies, and deployment of resources. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality assurance procedures, and safety standards. Identify delays, risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare periodic monitoring reports, progress assessments, and evaluation summaries. Coordinate with international consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Support project management in decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in construction monitoring, supervision, or evaluation of large infrastructure projects. Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools, progress tracking, and performance evaluation systems. Excellent reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
