Consultant - Product & Innovation Development: at Ranchi Onsite

What you’ll do
Will lead design and new product development Handlooms & Handicrafts, overseeing product and design initiatives with client's team to ensure innovation and market relevance. Alongside this, will conduct training on quality management, certification, IPR, and GI, ensuring that products meet required standards and align with marketing linkage strategies. Need to visit clusters (Districts) to address artisans’ design-related queries, provide guidance on SOPs, and ensure that product development remains responsive to both market demands and stakeholder needs.

What are we looking for?
Postgraduate Degree in Management (MBA) or Product Design (Masters in Design) or Lead Design / New Product Development. Oversee Product and Design Development activities. Business Administration or Industrial Design, or related fields. Alternatively, a Graduate Degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant discipline with 3+ years of experience in product design, innovation development, and overseeing product development activities would be preferred. Experience in Quality Management, IPR (Intellectual Property Rights), Product Certification, and aligning product development.

Ranchi Onsite
