Consultant - Training and Capacity Building at Ranchi Onsite

What you’ll do
Conduct Skill Development Programs to strengthen entrepreneurial and managerial capacity of SHGs/Artisians in Jharkhand. Deliver business training on planning, marketing, packaging, quality management, and certification. Organize awareness programs for MSME units on testing labs and standards. Ensure machinery training and proper operating procedures for equipment. Train stakeholders in marketing linkages to connect MSMEs with external markets. Trainings on digital modules on e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer engagement to support GTM strategies in line with other team members. Facilitate capacity building in collaboration with consultants on product design, innovation, quality management, IPR, and certification.

What are we looking for?
Postgraduate Degree in Management (MBA), Education, Public Administration, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or related fields. Substantial experience (3 years) in conducting training and capacity. A background in Design / Product Development/ Quality Management, IPR, and Product Certification will be added advantage.
