Content and Growth Intern

Onsurity · Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Internship · Entry level · Posted 10 days ago

About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern who lives at the intersection of good writing, curiosity, and
the internet. You'll create content people actually want to read, use AI as a creative partner (not
a crutch), and find smart ways to grow our presence on the platforms where real conversations
happen. If you have opinions about what makes a Reddit thread worth reading, a Twitter post
worth sharing, or a Medium piece worth finishing — we'd love to talk.

What you'll do
● Write content that performs. Blogs, website copy, long-form explainers, social posts — you'll research deeply, structure thoughtfully, and write with a point of view. Quality over
quantity, always.
● Put AI to work. Use the latest AI tools to speed up research, sharpen structure, and refine your drafts. You'll be expected to know your way around the modern AI stack and
have a working opinion on what each tool is good (and not good) for.
● Drive community marketing. Build organic engagement on Reddit, Quora, Medium, and Twitter. Spot conversations worth joining, earn credibility by being genuinely useful, and
grow our presence the long way — one thoughtful contribution at a time.
● Let data guide the work. Track what gets read, shared, ranked, and ignored. Pull insights from analytics tools and feed them back into the next piece, so every story you
ship is better than the last.

What we're looking for
● A high-energy individual who thrives on collaboration and meaningful engagement — someone who brings ideas to the table, not just execution.
● Comfort with AI tools and a pulse on the latest marketing trends — or the curiosity and self-direction to figure them out fast.
● A vibrant, savvy point of view shaped by real-world experiences. We want someone who reads widely, notices patterns, and brings unexpected perspectives into their work.
● An advanced grasp of the English language — clarity, rhythm, and the ability to shift voice for different audiences without losing it.
● A little familiarity with the insurance space is a plus. If you don't have it yet, the willingness to learn the category quickly matters more.

Skills Required
● Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS)
● Strong understanding of Product Marketing concepts
● SEO Copywriting skills with an eye for engagement and search visibility
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English
● Strong Content Writing and storytelling abilities
● Good research and analytical skills
● Familiarity with community-driven platforms such as Reddit and Quora for content research and audience insights

Why this role might be exciting for you
You won't be writing for the sake of writing. You'll help shape how we show up across the web,
work closely with marketing, product, and design, and see how content actually moves the
needle inside a fast-growing company. You'll leave this internship with a portfolio of real work, a
sharper grasp of growth marketing, and a much better intuition for how the internet decides
what gets read.
