Role Overview
The Content Curator will manage content across student learning, social media, and corporate employer branding. You will work directly under the Head of Demand & Product to create and maintain content that drives student engagement and platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
Student-Facing Learning Content
Curate and structure course content, assessments, and learning modules on the ProSculpt LMS.
Design quizzes and micro-learning resources aligned with industry skill requirements.
Maintain and update content libraries to reflect current job roles and employer expectations.
Social Media & Marketing Content
Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp targeting students, TPOs, and placement officers.
Write copy for campaigns, student success stories, placement announcements, and product launches.
Support newsletters, emailers, and WhatsApp broadcast messaging for student and college audiences.
Corporate & Employer Brand Content
Develop job descriptions, campus drive briefs, and hiring pitch decks for employer partners.
Create proposal decks, brochures, and partner-facing collateral for the corporate sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.
Fresher accepted. Preferred : 1–2 years of experience in content writing or curation (EdTech or HR-Tech preferred).
Strong written communication skills; ability to adapt tone for student, college, and corporate audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with LMS platforms for content upload and management.
Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Grammarly, etc.).
Basic AI Prompt Engineering skills to accelerate content workflows.
