Full Stack Developer (Python + Java) – Role Overview
EXP : 4-9 years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily in Python and Java
Contribute to full-stack development, including building and enhancing modern web UIs
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver features end-to-end
Ensure secure software development practices, especially authentication and authorization
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability and performance
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Required Qualifications
Strong development experience in Python for backend services
Working knowledge of Java and ability to extend Java-based services (e.g., Spring Boot)
Experience developing web-based user interfaces (React, Angular, or similar)
Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns
Experience with SDLC tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Effective communication skills in a global team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with authentication and authorization technologies (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT)
Familiarity with security best practices and identity management
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or enterprise authentication
