The Control Tower Expert / Associate serves as the centralized monitoring and governance function across operations. The role ensures real-time visibility, proactive risk identification, structured escalation, and cross-functional accountability to maintain SLA adherence, reduce OOS, minimize yield loss, and improve overall service reliabili

ty.
