Responsibilities

Generate corporate business orders
Work with agencies who service corporate gifting orders
Researching and identifying new sales opportunities for corporate gifting and corporate client pantry needs
Ensure regular interval billing from accounts
Follow-ups with prospective leads and ensuring repeat business
Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly
Overlook business orders, co-ordination and dispatch of orders, invoicing, payment and ensuring post sales customer satisfaction
Handling e-mail communications and B2B queries for new business development
Maintaining accurate records, statistics and database of all account information
Ensuring availability and visibility of products through various stores and platforms.

Requirements

Corporate Sales experience is MUST
Experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
Fluent in English
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Analytical ability for cross checking competitor activities and promotions and come up with a strategy for the company and get that strategy implemented
