About the Role
SRV Media is looking for a Creative Strategy & Account Manager who can bring together strong creative thinking and client servicing. This role will work closely with brands to understand business objectives, turn briefs into impactful creative strategies, and partner with internal teams to execute campaigns across digital platforms.
You’ll be the bridge between clients and creative/performance teams ensuring ideas are strategic, execution is smooth, and campaigns deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong long-term relationships
Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and marketing challenges
Translate client briefs into clear creative strategy and campaign direction
Collaborate with design, content, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver campaigns
Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and strategic recommendations to clients
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals are managed efficiently
Review campaign performance and work with internal teams to optimize creative output
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through stronger creative and strategic recommendations
Maintain quality across campaign communication, creative output, and delivery
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in creative strategy / brand strategy / client servicing within an agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns
Ability to develop creative concepts aligned with business goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing multiple client accounts and internal stakeholders
Strong project management and attention to detail
Ability to balance strategy, creativity, and execution in a fast-paced environment
