We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, configure, and implement CRM solutions for enterprise clients. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to deliver scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide CRM solution recommendations.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules:
Sales
Customer Service
Marketing
Field Service
Design business workflows, forms, entities, dashboards, and security roles.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom development.
Support data migration, testing, deployment, and UAT activities.
Create functional design documents (FDD), BRD, and process flows.
Provide post-production support and troubleshooting.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint activities.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
Experience with:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Dataverse
Knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, plugins, and business rules.
Experience in CRM integrations using REST APIs.
Understanding of Azure DevOps / Jira.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
Experience with CRM data migration projects.
Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET plugins is a plus.
Exposure to Power Platform and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of relevant Dynamics CRM consulting experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in enterprise CRM implementation projects.
Presales or solutioning experience.
Ability to work with onsite-offshore teams.
