Primary Responsibilities
Handle inbound queries from premium customers with speed and empathy
Ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR) and low Average Handling Time (AHT)
Meet service quality and turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks
Promote digital channels for smarter service delivery
Secondary Responsibilities
Drive service excellence initiatives within the contact center
Contribute to continuous improvement and customer delight
What We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, etc.)
Experience
2–5 years in customer service, preferably in a premium or banking environment
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus and ability to handle high-value interactions
Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools
