Key Responsibilities
Generate referral leads by connecting with customers
Validate referral leads through calls and process adherence
Generate leads through site visits at executed and ongoing projects
Build strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
Maintain lead data and reports using Google Sheets and other tools
Qualification & Skills
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Proficient in Google Sheets and other basic tools
Self-driven and target-oriented
