Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to handle client interactions for our US-based customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Meet defined service quality and response time standards.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Required Skills & Expertise
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/support tools
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / International Process
Experience handling US clients preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in voice or blended process is an advantage
