Meet your team
Our team specializes in delivering end-to-end SAP Customer Experience (CX)
solutions across implementation, advisory, and safeguard services. As part of
the broader SAP CX ecosystem, we work closely with customers and partners to
translate CX strategy into scalable, value-driven business processes and
solution landscapes.
We bring deep expertise across the SAP CX portfolio — including Sales, Service,
Marketing, Commerce, and Customer Data solutions — and support organizations
through transformation journeys covering solution design, process optimization,
rollout, adoption, and continuous value realization.
In addition, we actively embed Business AI and custom AI capabilities into CX
programs — leveraging standard AI features as well as tailored AI use cases
designed around each customer’s unique business context. Our focus is to improve
decision quality, increase productivity, accelerate process outcomes, and enable
more intelligent customer engagement.
Beyond implementation, we act as a trusted partner to our customers — providing
advisory guidance, quality and architecture safeguarding, and best-practice
driven delivery oversight. Our goal is not only successful deployment, but
sustained adoption and measurable business outcomes through CX and AI-driven
innovation.
To strengthen this mission, we are expanding our team with senior CX business
process experts who can lead transformation conversations, shape solution
direction, and drive high-impact outcomes across CX and AI-enabled programs.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Sales & Service Cloud techno functional consultant who is
skilled in the solution as well as has technical expertise to meet the demands
of the customer implementation and solution adoption needs. This role will offer
you –
* To work on global Sales & Service Cloud implementations helping the customers
streamline their sales & service processes
* Opportunity to enhance your skills on other requisite areas to fast track
your aspirations to become a Sales or Service Process Architect / CX Solution
Architect
* Fine tune your consulting skills with focused learning journeys suited to
your needs and opportunities to explore various spheres of consultant journey
This role will help you to enhance skills in the specialized solutions space of
Sales and Service cloud while providing opportunities to explore other related
solutions under CX portfolio
The Consultant expected to
* Deliver implementations of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions
based on customer requirements, following SAP-recommended methodologies and
best practices.
* Promote and apply a “clean core” approach, ensuring minimal customization and
strong alignment with standard SAP capabilities.
* Design, develop, and implement custom extensions for SAP Sales & Service
Cloud using SAP BTP services and frameworks.
* Configure and optimize UI and process features, including screen layouts,
business roles, workflows, and business rules.
* Build scalable and robust backend logic for Sales & Service Cloud extensions
using cloud-native development models (e.g., CAP-based services).
* Develop low-code / no-code applications that integrate seamlessly with SAP
Sales & Service Cloud using SAP Build tools.
* Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Sales & Service Cloud
customizations and integrations.
* Design and implement AI-enabled extensions and automation for SAP CX
solutions using SAP BTP and SAP Business AI services.
* Support migration and transformation initiatives, including modernization of
legacy extensions to cloud-based architectures.
* Translate business requirements into technical designs and project
deliverables.
* Advocate a cloud-first mindset and encourage adoption of scalable,
future-ready solution architectures.
* Contribute to practice and organizational initiatives, including enablement,
innovation, and asset development.
* Continuously stay updated on SAP Sales & Service Cloud roadmaps, SAP BTP
capabilities, and industry best practices.
* Support customers improve Sales & Service Cloud solution adoption
* Help existing V1 customer seamlessly migrate to V2 solution with quick time
to value
What you bring
* 12+ years of IT experience with 5 or 6 Full Life Cycle Implementations in the
area of Sales & Service Cloud Solution/ Roll- Outs experience.
* Good knowledge of SAP BTP Build App, SAP Build Process Automation, SDK & CPI
skills
* SAP Certification in CX sales or service cloud V1 or V2.
* Experience in agile and SAP activate methodology.
* Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, Lead-To-Cash or Issue-To-Resolution
and best practices.
* Advanced Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud UI Features (screen
configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)
* MCA / B.Tech or B.E
* Good Presentation and communication skills with fluent English
Desired/Preferred Additional expertise
* Experience in other SAP CX solution is an added advantage
* Knowledge of Industry Domain (Retail/Consumer/Utilities/Travel etc)
* Fluent English (verbal & written)
