Key Accountabilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions for enterprise analytics
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
Troubleshoot data pipeline, performance, and system issues
Work with real-time and streaming data (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
Evaluate and implement modern data tools and technologies
Drive automation and continuous improvement across data processes
Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively
Lead small initiatives and contribute to enterprise data projects
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
Minimum Qualifications
5–12+ years of experience in Data Engineering/ETL
Minimum 2+ years of cloud experience (GCP preferred)
Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in stakeholder management and project ownership
