Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do- Partner with the Project Manager to execute the end-to-end system setup checklist for product launches, ensuring data accuracy, alignment, and readiness across all commercial systems. Support product lifecycle projects, including product launches, changes, and obsolescence, by maintaining timely and accurate master data. Manage creation, updates, and changes to master and transactional data across key systems including SAP and Oracle ERPs, PLM, and Global Item Master (GIM). Ensure alignment and integrity of data across systems, monitoring for consistency and accuracy in support of downstream business processes and systems. Ensure compliance with quality management procedures related to product master data, in line with Divisional, Corporate, and Regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvements in databases, systems, data collection methods, statistical approaches, procedures, and training Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams. Develop, maintain, and enhance internal procedures and documentation of master data-related processes. What you will need- Required: Education- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience - 2years -5 years Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry and in supporting systems setup for product launches. Preferred Skills: 2–3 years of experience in master data management, business systems, or related data-focused roles Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle). These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
