We are hiring for a leadership role with ITC Infotech - Mumbai Location.

Job Overview: (Delivery Partner with BFSI experience)

The Delivery Partner will be responsible for overseeing project execution, resource allocation, client communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects on time and within budget for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of managing successful software delivery projects and handling large client accounts (> 25 mil USD/annum revenue, > 400-member delivery team).

Experience required:
Overall experience of 18+ years with minimum of last 3 years in the role of delivery partner / delivery head role
Must has handled minimum 1-2 large accounts of 200+ people / USD mln 15 annual revenues
Should have the experience to grow accounts
Should have experience in Infrastructure space with fair bit of knowledge around applications
Should have handled Infrastructure service delivery engagements in both staffing and managed services model
Should be well versed on Agile, Service delivery model and has been part of large transition programs
Should be able to Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client value.
Should be able to Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
Comes from technology background with at least 10 years of experience in core technologies in the initial career. Still has the technical acumen to participate in solutioning, challenge the team and confidently discuss technology with customer
Stable employment track record. Too many frequent jumps are undesirable
Have been responsible for P&L
Have worked with customers from different geos of Americas, Europe and APAC
Experience any of the core focus industries like CPG/FMCG will be beneficial
Actively participated in large RfPs/RFPs
Ability to construct deal solutions, RfP structures, commercial responses
Should have excellent communication skills
Have experience in working in a matrix organization navigating with multiple business stakeholders
Strong understanding of governance, quality, operations, and financial matters
