About The Role
We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Demand Generation Manager to own paid acquisition and account-based marketing for our B2B brand. You will be the strategic and hands-on owner of B2B PPC campaigns across search, display, and social platforms - while architecting and executing ABM programmes that drive pipeline from high-value target accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and strategic demand generation, working closely with sales, SDR teams, and product marketing to deliver measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage end-to-end B2B PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and programmatic platforms - from keyword strategy and ad copy to bid management and budget pacing.
Design and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts in close alignment with sales and SDR teams.
Develop and own the ABM strategy - including ICP definition, account selection, persona mapping, channel mix, personalised messaging, and measurement frameworks.
Drive full-funnel pipeline contribution: awareness to MQL to SQL, with clear attribution tied to revenue outcomes.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently, continuously optimising for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline-influenced metrics.
Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to build compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and personalised assets for target accounts.
Own ABM tooling - set up, manage, and optimise platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar intent and orchestration tools.
Build detailed performance dashboards and share data-driven insights with leadership; translate findings into actionable campaign improvements.
Run structured A/B tests across ad formats, copy, audiences, and landing pages to systematically improve conversion rates.
Stay ahead of B2B paid media trends, platform algorithm changes, and ABM best practices.
Must-have Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on B2B PPC campaign management with demonstrated pipeline results.
Proven ABM execution experience - not just strategy; you have built and run ABM programmes end-to-end.
Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads for B2B audiences.
Experience with intent data, audience segmentation, and retargeting for enterprise buyers.
Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
Strong analytical skills - able to build reports and derive insights independently without hand-holding.
Background from a B2B SaaS / Product company or a performance-focused agency with a strong B2B portfolio.
What Makes You The Right Fit
You have spent meaningful time running B2B paid campaigns and ABM programmes - either at an agency managing multiple B2B or SaaS clients, or in-house at a product or SaaS company where you have directly contributed to pipeline and revenue. You don't just set campaigns and check dashboards; you think in funnels, interrogate data, iterate fast, and can confidently hold a conversation with sales about what's actually moving the needle. You're equally comfortable presenting a 90-day ABM strategy to leadership and jumping into the platform to fix a poorly segmented audience list.
