🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide support for desktops, laptops & IT hardware
✅ Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
✅ Install, configure, and maintain systems
✅ Resolve OS, application & system-related problems
✅ Handle user queries via ticketing tools
✅ Ensure quick and effective issue resolution

💡 Required Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of Windows OS & basic networking
✔ Hands-on experience in desktop / technical support
✔ Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in night shift (mandatory)
