Explain insurance products such as health, motor, travel, and general insurance.
Understand customer needs and resolve queries, and recommend suitable policies.
Convert leads into successful policy sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and call quality standards.
Provide excellent customer experience and resolve queries.
