Job Title: Lead – Enterprise Applications (Oracle ERP & Workday)
Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore (Preferred: Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to these locations)

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Applications professional to lead and manage our Oracle ERP (Finance) and Workday (HRMS) ecosystems, while also overseeing internal IT support and contributing to the evolution of our digital landscape—including .NET/React-based applications and emerging Agentic AI initiatives.
This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise, technical understanding, leadership capability, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
ERP & HRMS Management
Lead end-to-end management of Oracle ERP (Finance modules) and Workday (HRMS) platforms
Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations across finance and HR systems
Partner with Finance and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and process standardization
Application Development Oversight
Collaborate with internal teams managing .NET and React-based applications
Provide governance on application architecture, performance, and security
Ensure alignment between enterprise systems and custom-built applications
IT Support & Operations
Oversee internal IT support functions, ensuring high service availability and responsiveness
Establish SLAs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in support processes
Manage vendor relationships and external partners
Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives
Support the organization’s roadmap for Agentic AI adoption within enterprise workflows
Identify opportunities to automate and enhance processes using AI-driven solutions
Work cross-functionally to integrate AI capabilities with ERP and internal systems
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team
Act as a bridge between business leaders and technology teams
Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level presentations

Required Skills & Experience
14+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications / IT Systems Management
Solid grasp of ERP packages with the ability to manage teams supporting different business modules, including:
Oracle ERP (Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
Workday (Core HCM, integrations, reporting)
Experience managing or working with custom applications (.NET, React)
Proven track record in IT support management and operations
Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
Understanding of cloud environments and modern architecture practices
Familiarity or exposure to AI/Automation initiatives (preferably Agentic AI concepts)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in corporate finance and HR systems environments
Experience working in mid-to-large enterprise setups
