We are looking for a highly driven Business Development leader with strong experience in new client acquisition for recruitment/staffing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, closing recruitment deals, and building long-term client relationships across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition for recruitment and staffing services
Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, references, and outbound sales
Build and manage relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiations, and closures
Achieve revenue and business growth targets

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment/Staffing industry
