Overall Purpose of The Job
The Dry Dock Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening SeaTec and Marcas’ engagement in the internal docking process by coordinating a timely overview of docking requirements, efficient distribution of technical specifications requirements, and structured tracking of RFQs driving increased V.Services penetration. The role is designed to support ongoing liaison with the fleet cells, support procurement efficiency, and improve overall requirements visibility and reporting on docking-related services.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
Information Management
Review, capture, and structure information provided in Tec Specs.
Collate and distribute information efficiently across relevant SeaTec and Marcas to ensure timely engagement.
Maintain a live tracker when dry dock specifications are released and requisitions are raised.
Align opportunities across multiple dry dock projects to support leveraging best value and bulk activity approach
Maintain a central repository of dry dock specifications requirements, schedules, and requirements.
Engagement & Coordination
Support V.Services interactions with fleet cells, ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up coordination of docking requirements and RFQ issuance
Support the development of relationships with fleet cells and procurement officers to secure earlier and more accurate details on dry dock projects.
Support Marcas and SeaTec teams in accessing accurate and timely data for tendering purposes.
Tendering & RFQ Support
Drive the timely issuance of RFQs by working closely with procurement officers and Superintendents at granular levels.
Support SeaTec and Marcas team by reducing delays caused by incomplete or protracted information flow.
Promote the widest possible scope of V.Services to increase SeaTec and Marcas’ penetration.
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and report on:
Overall active dry-docking projects
Monitor requests / success for Technical Services from SeaTec and Marcas.
Percentage penetration achieved in dry dock projects.
Provide analysis and insights to identify new opportunities from dry dock schedules.
Support management in developing dashboards and reports in ShipSure (longer-term).
Key Targets / Outcomes
Efficiency: Reduce delays in tendering caused by late or incomplete docking information.
Penetration: Increase RFQs routed through SeaTec and Marcas, driving higher capture of services.
Transparency: Deliver regular, structured reporting on SeaTec and Marcas’ involvement in dry docks.
Trust: Strengthen engagement with fleet cells to gain earlier access to docking requirements.

Essential
3–5 years in a technical coordination, procurement, or shipping/maritime operations role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with data handling and reporting tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI desirable).
Desirable
Exposure to dry docking, ship repair, or technical services preferred.
Experience working with global teams and offshore/outsourced setups desirable.
Knowledge of maritime operations, dry docking, and procurement processes is an advantage.
