Job Description – Dynatrace L2/L3 Support (Sustenance Role)

🔹 Role Summary
Looking for a Dynatrace L2/L3 Support Engineer for a Sustenance role, with strong experience in configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Dynatrace platform
Handle configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of Dynatrace (One Agent, dashboards, alerts)
Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
Analyze alerts, identify root causes, and provide fixes
Work on incident management, problem resolution, and escalations
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvements

🔹 Required Skills
Strong experience in Dynatrace (APM tool)
Hands-on in configuration & implementation (One Agent installation)
Experience in L2/L3 support / sustenance / monitoring roles
Knowledge of incident, problem & change management
Good debugging and analysis skills
Strong communication skills
