The traineeship duration is 6 to 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure. About the Early career trainee This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to complete an apprenticeship, to be supported by gaining a formal qualification whilst earning. As a Configuration & Sustaining Engineering Trainee will undergo a program of Training, Drafting, Modeling, and Testing and aimed at reaching the product definition team level over 11 months. Level -3 - Product Definition Training - OJT along with Product owners / Managing the Projects, Clean Architecture. Level -2 - Control valves/ Actuation systems Basics - OJT to handle the Order related BOMs, ETO handling and DBMS. Level -1 – Basic Fundamental Engineering Training - OJT in Drafting, Modeling, BOMs and IDEs. For this above, you will be doing: Delivering engineering drawings, Models , MBOMs on time and error free, using Modeling Software & PLMs. Learning the principles in the design of Valves and Actuation systems and the components required to build those. Supporting Instrumentation and Testing team, on validation prototypes and NPIs. Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems, applications, and computing infrastructure to meet business or user requirements. Assist in software development, testing, and maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, support senior engineers, and collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams. Fuel your passion To be successful in this traineeship you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Computer Science, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent and graduated from your bachelors’ degree within 12 months. Have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0 out of 10. Be good in written and spoken English and have good knowledge in MS offices, Power BI. Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
