The Role :
Help shape stories that millions of people listen to.
You’ll work closely with writers and editors to turn scripts into engaging, high-quality audio storytelling experiences.

Your Playground
Work closely with fiction writers and guide them through revisions
Review submissions and spot great storytelling potential
Help writers level up their scripts with thoughtful feedback
Run 1:1 story sessions to refine plot, pacing, and emotional beats
Ensure scripts meet Pocket FM’s storytelling standards
Collaborate with the editorial team to keep the voice and tone consistent
Track edits and story progress across projects

You’ll Thrive If You
Have 2–4 years in fiction editing or storytelling (4+ for senior roles)
Understand what makes a story addictive and engaging
Love working with writers and creative ideas
Are great at giving feedback that improves stories
Enjoy serialized or episodic storytelling formats
Bonus: familiarity with audio storytelling
