Role & Responsibilities

Provide detailed counseling to students and parents regarding education loan options.
Assist clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
Address queries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated knowledge of loan policies, interest rates, and financial schemes relevant to education loans.
Document interactions and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly counseling targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi or English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in customer service or financial counseling
Basic understanding of loan products and financial terminologies
Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad
Preferred
Experience in educational or student loan counseling
Knowledge of the Indian education finance sector
