Job Overview:
The Engagement Manager will take end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of AI and analytics engagements in the healthcare domain. This role involves working closely with onshore and India-based teams to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that support sales, marketing, and operational decision-making for healthcare and pharma clients. The role also focuses on building organizational AI capabilities, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Own end‑to‑end delivery and success of AI/ML healthcare projects, including planning, execution, and final recommendations.
Design and apply generative AI, AI/ML models, and advanced analytics to solve complex healthcare problems.
Build, lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing AI and analytics teams; foster continuous learning.
Partner with senior leadership and onshore teams to develop AI capabilities and deliver client‑ready solutions.
Drive innovation by leading AI workshops, leveraging internal AI solutions, and staying current on AI/ML and healthcare trends.
Technical/Required Skills:
Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and healthcare‑focused AI/ML modeling, including NLP and predictive analytics.
Hands‑on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Proven track record delivering AI‑driven healthcare or pharma analytics solutions with a strong foundation in advanced (non‑generative) analytics.
Good to have Skills/Experience:
Experience in consulting or client-facing analytics roles.
Exposure to business development activities such as proposal writing and RFP responses.
Ability to act as a thought partner to clients and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline; specialization or strong exposure to Computer Science, AI/ML, or Healthcare Analytics preferred.
