🔥 What You’ll Do
Work side-by-side with Founders & CXOs on high-stakes problems
Build and scale 0→1 ideas from scratch
Own real business outcomes-revenue, growth, new bets
Operate across product, growth, strategy & ops
Take decisions, not just execute them

🎯 Who This Is For
B.Tech (Tier 1) + MBA (IIM/ISB or equivalent)
2-4 years in consulting / product / strategy / high-growth startups
Experience in Founder’s Office / PMO, or closely working with CXOs, or in business strategy / growth roles
Someone who has already seen how decisions get made at the top-and wants to be the one making them
Sharp, analytical, high-agency individuals with extreme ownership
Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)
