Job Description – Test Manager (Banking – Corporate Internet Banking & Payments)
Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Internet Banking and Payments ecosystem. The role requires a blend of functional testing leadership, automation strategy, and governance, with deep exposure to banking channels, H2H and API banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end test management across complex banking programs
Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale engagements
Manage automation initiatives with clear focus on ROI and optimization
Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
Collaborate with business, technology, and external teams to ensure quality delivery
Oversee defect management and test lifecycle using JIRA
Drive adoption of best practices in Agile testing environments
Manage and mentor testing teams ensuring delivery excellence
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
12+ years of experience in QA / Testing (Functional + Automation)
10+ years in Banking Domain
Recent 4+ years in Corporate Internet Banking
Hands-on experience in:
Corporate Payments / Channels
H2H (Host-to-Host) integration
API Banking
Automation leadership experience (last 4+ years) with demonstrated ROI
Strong experience in test management, reporting, and governance
Proficiency in JIRA (Defect & Test Management – 2+ years)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience in Trade Finance systems
Exposure to Agile methodologies (3–4 years)
Location & Other Details
Location: MBP, Navi Mumbai
Travel: Open to travel internationally (as required)
