About The Gig
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, creating effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Draft job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or PGDM in HR preferred
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred
