Expert .NET Engineer

Ciklum is looking for an Expert .NET Engineer to join our team full-time in
India.

organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business

consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines

About the role:

As an Expert .NET Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team
engineering experiences of tomorrow. Because IES LIVE focuses on "Next
generation building decarbonisation and operational energy management,"
familiarity with tools that help track Net-Zero project impacts, deliver
investment-ready plans, and benchmark optimal building performance against real
performance would make a candidate highly successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Project & Product Delivery
* Execute the IES Live Roadmap: Drive the technical execution of the "Future
roadmap" for the IES Live
* Domain Alignment: Ensure the engineering output directly supports the core
mission of IES Live: delivering "Next generation building decarbonisation
and operational energy management" tools that help users track Net-Zero
project impacts and benchmark optimal building performance
* Technical Leadership
* Tech Stack Oversight: Manage technical workflows and architecture decisions
primarily centered around a .NET (C#) and JavaScript (React) technology
stack
* Expert-Level Guidance: Act as a technical leader, ensuring high standards
for the codebase and development practices
* Team Management (Directing a Cross-Functional Team: Manage a dedicated agile
team of 5 technical staff located in Pune, India

Requirements:

* Seniority Level: The candidate must have 7+ years of experience
* Technology Stack Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of C# and React
(JavaScript) is required
* Team Management Experience:
* The candidate must have the ability to lead and manage a specialized
technical team of at least 5-7 people
* Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred):
* Since the team is dedicated exclusively to the IES LIVE project, the
candidate should ideally have an understanding of building sustainability
software
