Job Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning. The role involves overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, audits, treasury management, and financial controls while partnering with leadership teams to support business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong financial management expertise, leadership capability, strategic thinking, and experience in handling finance operations within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Review MIS reports and provide financial insights to senior management.
Monitor organizational financial performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all financial transactions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations for cost optimization.
Support strategic business planning and financial decision-making.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee GST, TDS, payroll taxation, and other financial compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain strong financial controls and governance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements.
Monitor banking activities, fund management, and payment processes.
Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Ensure effective utilization of organizational funds.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead and mentor finance and accounting team members.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Support employee development and training initiatives within the finance function.
Foster collaboration across departments.
Payroll & Operational Coordination
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate accounting of payroll and employee-related costs.
Support operational departments with financial data and analysis.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Participate in ERP implementation and system enhancement initiatives.
Develop efficient reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
Strategic Support
Support senior leadership with financial presentations and business analysis.
Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Assist in mergers, expansions, or business transformation initiatives if required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
CA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred.

Experience
8–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Prior experience in managing teams and financial operations preferred.

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
Expertise in ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting.
Understanding of financial controls and audit processes.
Experience in MIS and management reporting.
