Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Central operations professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Central operations services Oversee the end-to-end Asset ops operations process, including application processing, loan disbursement, and account maintenance Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement Manage team workflow and workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading a team Strong understanding of Loan operations processes, including application processing, loan disbursement, and account maintenance Proficient in process management, stakeholder management, MIS management, team management, workflow management, people management, and risk management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support credit operations activities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
