Here are your key responsibilities: 1) Ongoing monitoring and reporting organizations Key performance indicators by collaborating with various sites across organization. This is on a Weekly, Monthly and Ongoing basis. 2) Interact with Sites and Cross Functional Teams like Commercial, Operations, R&D to track Orders and Revenue and New Business opportunities. 3) Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Management team – P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Working Capital Management. 4) Consolidating and updating budget and validation of Budget at Overall Micro-Motion level based on inputs from sites. Critical Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies: 1) Fundamental knowledge of reporting, forecasting and Annual Budget rollout process. 2) Should be Analytical with strong ability to understanding and interpreting the MIS Reports as well as explain these clearly to the various stakeholders. 3) Proficiency in MS Office (Specially Power Point & Excel) is must for this role. Should also be able to present analysis and reports using MS Power Point. 4) Should also be proficient in accounting and should have basic knowledge of US GAAP. 5) Should have exposure to reporting tools and software. Exposure and knowledge of HFM / Tagetik reporting tools will be an added advantage. 6) Candidate with exposure to manufacturing and MNC environment will be preferred. Education and Experience Requirements  ICWA/CMA completed (preferred)/ CA / CPA  4 - 6 years of MIS experience  Manufacturing organization experience is required.  Ability to work collaboratively between teams and build appropriate relationship framework and to operate under it  Ability to work across organizational boundaries, with the goal of understanding key drivers and influencers.  Ability to act with a high degree of urgency, self-motivation, inclination to learn.  Ability to work in a global environment and flexible in terms of office hours.
